Hello, I'm Arthur. Five years ago I quit the rat-race to return home to Scotland having spent the previous 20 years living and working in London and SE England. It was in London where I learned to drive and passed my own driving test. I have since driven extensively throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East and the USA, on both business (ICT training and support) and for pleasure. During this time, my wife Heather and I also managed to raise two daughters all the way through University to independance (both daughters passed their own driving tests at 17, one even going on to gain her HGV and HazMat licenses).

I combined my driving experience with my ICT teaching skills by training with BSM to become a DSA ADI (Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor), passing all parts of the qualifying tests at the first attempt. I am a member of both the Motor Schools Association and the Driving Instructors Association.

As well as my lifetime of safe driving experience, my practical teaching skills and formal qualifications, I am very comitted to providing the highest level of quality and service.

I will first and foremost teach you to become a safe and competent driver by building your skills and confidence using the most effective and comprehensive methods recommended by the DSA. In the shortest time possible, passing your driving test will become a mere formality.
